Dear Fans of
The Woodlands Highlanders Football
Radio Network |
The ol’ saying of “the only thing constant is change” certainly applies to The Woodlands Highlanders Football Radio Network.
After 10 years of broadcasting on KAFR 88.3 FM, the station has decided to remove its local Montgomery County office and beam centralized programming from Mississippi. After a 2 month exhaustive search for other radio stations, I have concluded that “over the air” stations are going away to carry local football games, at least in Montgomery County, Texas.
BUT, what’s happening, is that people are now listening via Internet and Smart Phones (there’s an APP for that)!
Such is the route for The Woodlands Highlanders Football Network will be going. We’re busy working out all the specifics, but one thing is certain and true – Nick, Rob, Bret and Andrew will be on the air this fall with one of the greatest football programs in all the country – The Woodlands Highlanders.
This new process will offer greater frequency, better advertising / PR results and a more interactive audience! And, now people will be able to listen around the world, something brand new for us!
